Christmas Gift Ideas That Will Slash Your Taxes

How’s the Christmas shopping going? Have you bought anything for yourself yet?

Here’s a few gift ideas that won’t cost you a dime, because you’ll save so much money by reading these books and implementing their advice, you’ll get back many times your investment.

Here are 3 of my favorite tax books for small biz owners and the self-employed:

Small Business Taxes Made Easy, by Eva Rosenberg, EA
Be sure to get the 2nd edition, which just came out.  Written by the one and only TaxMama.

Minding Her Own Business, by Jan Zobel, EA
Sub-titled: “The Self-Employed Woman’s Essential Guide to Taxes and Financial Records”.  A new 5th edition is due out in January, so you might want to wait until then to get this one. And don’t let the title fool you — you don’t have to be a woman to benefit from this book. The author is a tax pro who’s prepared 10,000 tax returns over the past 30 years. Nuff said?

Lower Your Taxes – Big Time, by Sandy Botkin, CPA, Esq.
What can I say? This book delivers on the promise of its title.

Any one of these books will give you so much valuable information, your head will spin with great ideas for increasing deductions, improving your record keeping, and beating the IRS at its own game.

Of course, no issue of this ezine would be complete without a shameless plug for my own book, the Tax Reduction Toolkit.  I guarantee to slash $2,000 off your business taxes or your money back. Plus you get $370 worth of tax consulting coupons for free, including a 60-minute tax phone consultation.  (When was the last time you purchased a book and got to speak to the author for an hour?)

So don’t forget to treat yourself to some tax savings this Christmas . . . Go for it!

Happy Holidays & Many Happy Returns,
